01 — About

An independent UK software publisher.

LMTS Development Ltd was incorporated in April 2026 under the laws of England and Wales (company no. 17148125), with a registered office at 128 City Road, London. Our mandate is narrow on purpose: build a small number of native mobile and desktop applications that are genuinely useful, secure by construction, and respectful of the people who use them.

The company is currently in an active product-development phase. Our first application, working title Limitless Wallet, is a non-custodial digital-asset wallet for iOS in which private keys never leave the user's device. The product has not yet been released. This site exists to document who we are, how we work, and the policies that will govern our products from the moment they ship.

02 — Activities

What we do.

Our work is organised around three Standard Industrial Classifications filed at Companies House. In plain language:

Software Publishing

Designing, publishing, and supporting native applications for Apple platforms (iOS, iPadOS, macOS) and other modern operating systems. SIC 58290.

Application Development

Building business and consumer software, including secure on-device data storage, cryptographic primitives, and self-custodial tooling for digital assets. SIC 62012.

IT Services

Research, prototyping, and supporting infrastructure for our own products — not work-for-hire. SIC 62090.

We are not a financial institution. We do not custody user funds, operate an exchange, offer investment advice, or issue securities of any kind. Any future digital-asset products will be strictly non-custodial — private keys remain in the sole possession of the user.

03 — Principles

How we build.

Privacy by default. Personal data is collected only when strictly necessary, with explicit consent, and minimised by design.
Security by construction. Secrets and credentials live on the user's device, protected by the platform's hardware-backed key storage where available.
No tracking, no advertising. Our products do not contain third-party advertising SDKs and do not engage in cross-app or cross-website tracking.
Plain language. Our terms, our privacy notice, and our in-app disclosures aim to be readable by a human being.
Lawful by jurisdiction. Features that require licensing (for example, regulated financial services) are made available only in territories where we have the necessary permissions.
